Odessa Port Cargo Transshipment Complex

Odessa Port Cargo Transshipment Complex (OPCTC) is located within the Odessa Commercial Sea Port, one of the key ports in the Black Sea Basin. The complex traces its history to 2000, reflecting over two decades of operation in port logistics and cargo handling. During its 14 years of operation, OPCTC has processed more than 300 vessels and transshipped approximately 2,000,000 tons of cargo, underscoring its experience in handling significant freight volumes.

OPCTC combines optimized technical solutions designed to support a range of functions essential to port logistics. These include transshipments of liquid bulk edible cargoes such as vegetable and animal oils and fats and their fractions, forwarding services to coordinate movement and routing of goods, and customs brokerage services to facilitate clearance across border procedures.
