EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Bamil Global Logistics Limited is a private limited liability company incorporated under the Company Act Cap 110 of the Laws of Uganda. The company was incorporated in May 26th, 2011 and it will be celebrating nine (09) years of existence in May 2021.
The company deals in Shipping/Freight logistics literally meaning working very closely with vessel/aircraft operators in booking cargo space by both Sea and Air, Port clearance and land transportation by Road and Rail of both loose and bulk goods to Uganda and other parts of the East African region, reefer handling, clearing and forwarding including Oil and Gas. However, given the harsh economic and geographic conditions in our region and continent in general, logistics has continued to be integral part of our business.
Bamil Global Logistics Uganda Limited is a private limited liability company (herein after referred to as “the company”) which was incorporate in Kampala, Uganda on the 11th of May, 2011. The company has its Head Office in Kampala and has partners in Mombasa/Nairobi Kenya, Asia (particularly in India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Indonesia), China and United Arab Emirates- Dubai and is strongly continuing to build further networks around the world.
The company (LoB) lines of business are mainly logistics - providing integrated services to the trade and entire supply chain from source to market.
