TIBA Spain SAU was set-up in 1975 and is headquartered in Valencia, Spain, and has presence in several countries (Algeria, Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Mexico, Portugal and Spain). TIBA Spain SAU is part of the ROMEU Holding Group, which is dedicated to Shipping, Forwarding, NVOCC, Warehousing, Trucking, Stevedoring and all activities related to Transport & Logistics.

TIBA has an extensive office network in Spain covering the Iberian Peninsula and the Canary Islands with a total staff of over 225 people. Other member offices in Spain: Valencia (HQ), Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao and Algeciras, Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Tiba Spain SAU opened their Las Palmas/Canary Islands branch office in 1991.
