Modipalm Engineering Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CB Industrial Product Holding Berhad, was incorporated in 2003 to commercialize the Modipalm Continuous Sterilisation system. The company draws on more than three decades of experience in the palm oil milling industry, tracing its roots to the 1980s, and has established itself as a one-stop center for palm oil mill design, supply, construction, and installation. Modipalm undertakes turnkey projects of varying scales, delivering both Modipalm Continuous Sterilisation mills and conventional mills with capacities ranging from 5 to 120 tonnes per hour.
A key differentiator for Modipalm is its continuous sterilisation technology, which is credited with automating palm oil mills, reducing labor requirements, and increasing oil extraction rates through oil loss recovery. The company has contributed to the deployment of more than 80 Modipalm Continuous Sterilisation mills across the globe to date. In recognition of its innovation and early adoption of its technology, Modipalm was awarded pioneer status in 2005.
Beyond core milling equipment, Modipalm is capable of executing related palm oil processing projects, including palm kernel plants, bio-mass power generation facilities, and environmental systems such as palm oil mill effluent tertiary treatment and methane gas capture plants. The company also has the capability to support empty fruit bunch composting initiatives.
