Founded in 1957 the Mainport Group has worked in South America the Middle East Africa Malaysia and the European Union. The fleet consists of 8 vessels including Tugs Platform Supply vessels Seismic Support vessels and a Seismic Chase vessel. The group originally specialised in ships agency services provided nationwide through partnerships around Ireland resulting in a single point of contact for all your Irish port calls. Mainport also offer Stevedoring services across Ireland. In 2021 Mainport accepted the offer to operate as Unifeeder A/S agent on the island of Ireland and operate our own feeder service connecting Ireland with Southampton as well as a short-sea service connecting Ireland with mainland Europe through Unifeeder network. In 2023 we opened our freight forwarding department which offers sea air & road freight solutions across the globe & also supports our general cargo warehouse here in Cork.
