The facility spans 6,700 square meters (approximately 72,000 square feet) and employs around 350 skilled workers supervised by 10 department managers. The production lines are designed to create woven and non-woven polypropylene bags, with a focus on meeting the needs of customers across diverse regions, including the USA, Canada, Russia, South America, the Middle East, Africa, Korea, and Europe.

The factory operates multiple production stages to ensure product quality and consistency. It houses two printing machines and an integrated workflow that includes lamination, cutting, and sewing. The sewing department is equipped with 320 single-needle machines, 20 automated X-box machines, and 30 double-stitch machines, enabling strong, clean, and attractive stitching on finished bags.
