Dong Yang Xiang Yun Weave Bag Factory is located in Shanghai, China, and has been producing reusable bags since 2001. The facility spans 6,700 square meters (approximately 72,000 square feet) and employs around 350 skilled workers supervised by 10 department managers. The production lines are designed to create woven and non-woven polypropylene bags, with a focus on meeting the needs of customers across diverse regions, including the USA, Canada, Russia, South America, the Middle East, Africa, Korea, and Europe.
The factory operates multiple production stages to ensure product quality and consistency. It houses two printing machines and an integrated workflow that includes lamination, cutting, and sewing. The sewing department is equipped with 320 single-needle machines, 20 automated X-box machines, and 30 double-stitch machines, enabling strong, clean, and attractive stitching on finished bags. An experienced team oversees production planning, logistics support, and order tracking to minimize lead times and safeguard customer interests.
Customer service personnel work closely with buyers from order placement through shipping, ensuring clear communication and orderly processing of orders. A dedicated quality inspection team monitors production hourly to maintain high standards, with finishing and packing operations focused on cleaning, inspecting, and packaging each bag carefully to ensure readiness for shipment.
