AUSIN PIPELINE MATERIAL&EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD
Ausin Pipeline Material & Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in the Cang county Industrial District of Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China. Established in 2009, the company originated as part of Hebei Allland Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and has grown to operate with registered assets of RMB 5 million and an expansive facility covering approximately 66,000 square meters. The enterprise has developed a substantial annual production capacity, reported at 300,000 tons, and an annual turnover in the region of USD 500 million, underscoring its position as a major supplier in the steel pipe sector in northern China.
Ausin focuses on the production of high-grade LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded) steel pipes and EFW (Electric Fusion Welded) steel pipes, particularly large-diameter and thick-wall variants such as DSAW pipes. The company operates an advanced JCOE production line capable of manufacturing pipes that meet multiple national and international standards, including API SPEC 5L, ISO 3183, EN 10217, EN 10219, ASTM A691, ASTM A672, ASTM A515, ASTM A53, ASTM A252, and GB9711. Pipe sizes range from an outer diameter (OD) of 406 mm up to 1,820 mm, with wall thicknesses spanning from 7.62 mm to 100 mm.
In addition to its primary LSAW and EFW capabilities, Ausin runs a seamless pipe production line with perforation lines for Φ100 mm and Φ180 mm pipes, supported by heating and continuous annealing furnaces, and a 100 KN–1500 KN chain-style cold drawing machine, along with straightening and bevelling equipment. The company also operates production lines dedicated to oil casing pipe thread and coupling manufacturing (STC, LTC, BTC). An ERW steel pipe production line is located in Cangzhou Development Zone, further expanding its manufacturing scope.
Beyond core pipe manufacturing, Ausin includes an affiliated anti-corrosion division occupying around 60,000 square meters. This unit operates three internationally advanced anti-corrosion production lines with an annual capacity of approximately 4,000,000 square meters, reinforcing the company’s integrated approach to steel pipeline solutions.
